About the Founder
Lucas is the founder of CESTOF, an amateur storm forecaster and storm photographer from the Czech Republic with a strong interest in severe thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning data, radar interpretation and convective forecasting in Central Europe.
CESTOF was created as an independent weather project to make severe-weather information easier to follow and to support learning, observation and discussion within the European storm community.
